Port Sanibel Marina currently has a position for Retail Sales Clerks for our new retail and salt water boutiques on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. We are looking for someone with exemplary customer service skills and a team player mindset. Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to remarkable guest service? Proficiency in loss prevention, merchandising, stocking, cash-handling and credit card transactions helpful.

Retail Sales Associates Job Description

• Greet customers and determined their needs and wants
• Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements
• Provide advice to clients regarding particular products or services
• Answer customers’ queries and concerns
• Quote prices and discounts as well as credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates
• Assist in display of merchandise

 

Requirements

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Open and close tills each shift
• Process inventory
• Stock inventory
