Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8hrs for 5x a week (8am to 4:30pm)

Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or, 
• Master's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or, 
• D.P.T. - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program. 
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days hire. 
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire. 
• 1 year - Clinical experience in Home Health or healthcare setting, or active enrollment in the Providence postgraduate preceptor program.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
