Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8hrs for 5x a week (8am to 4:30pm)
Servicing Portland and Beaverton
Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or,
- Master's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or,
- D.P.T. - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days hire.
- Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- 1 year - Clinical experience in Home Health or healthcare setting, or active enrollment in the Providence postgraduate preceptor program.
