<p><strong>THE ROLE: Part-Time Warehouse Associate</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;Location:&nbsp; Shepherdsville, KY</strong></p> <p><strong>Overview</strong>: The <strong>Warehouse Associate</strong> is responsible for performing various general warehouse duties. Warehouse Associates will operate cross-functionally throughout the distribution center to ensure efficient running of the distribution center in order to meet customer needs. This position is Part-Time and Onsite.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Order Fulfillment</strong>: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, utilizing RF scanners, carts, and multi-level mezzanines.</li> <li><strong>Receiving &amp; Put-Away</strong>: Receive, unload, and put away incoming products, ensuring items are correctly profiled and stored in the warehouse management system.</li> <li><strong>Inventory Control</strong>: Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy. Process, inspect, and credit customer returns according to established procedures.</li> <li><strong>Material Handling</strong>: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyors to move freight, stock, and other materials.</li> <li><strong>Safety &amp; Organization</strong>: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area by strictly adhering to all 5S principles and company safety policies.</li> <li><strong>General Duties</strong>: Uphold all company policies and ethical standards.
