Come join our team! Mobius has an exciting position for a Advanced Analyst to join our team! The successful candidate will support Missile Defense Agency’s Directorate of Test Resources (DTR). The candidate should have contracting / acquisition experience and knowledge of task order awards and funding execution as related to contractor support for flight test events. The candidate should be able to adapt to changing requirements and new technical areas and be a strong and confident communicator (written and orally). They must be comfortable interacting with all levels of leadership, engineering staff, and non-technical support personnel both internal and external to MDA. The candidate should have experience with MDA’s system-level flight tests or weapon systems testing and be familiar with internal and external stakeholders for Missile Defense System testing. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing major programmatic projects and improvement and have knowledge of the governing regulations for DoD acquisition. This full-time salaried position serves onsite with the client in Huntsville, AL.
Duties of a Test Analyst may include:
- Assist in developing Statements of Work and Statements of Objectives
- Work with MDA’s Directorate of Test cost team to develop Independent Government Cost Estimates and prepare Funds Availability Statements and Request for Funds Allocation forms
- Assist in the technical review of contractor proposals
- Assist in the support of meetings to include Preliminary and Critical design reviews
- Provide Program Management Support to include assisting the Asset Manager in cost, schedule and technical performance management of prime contractor/Executing Agents
- Develop programmatic briefings, staffing packages, and technical and programmatic status reports
- Assist in evaluation of rough order of magnitude estimates from the prime contractor/Executing Agents
- Assist in Program Objective Memorandum input development
Qualifications:
- Capable of leading and executing analytical tasks and utilizing analytical techniques and processes to support complex developmental and operational test programs
- Extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in the analysis field
- Capable of leading the development and utilization of analytic techniques and processes for both technical and administrative support activities
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizations, verbally, electronically, and in writing.
- Possess exceptional writing and Government reporting/documentation skills (e.g., Congressional/GAO Test inquiries)
- Ability to support multiple efforts simultaneously, working independently or leading teams to solve problems including test planning, integration, execution, and analysis
- Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams
- Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Education
- MA/MS with 10 years of related experience or BA/BS with 15 years of experience
Clearance
- Active security clearance or able to obtain a security clearance
