As the Lead Product Manager for Carrier Partnerships, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for establishing and nurturing partnerships with carriers and logistics providers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business development, to create a robust and efficient delivery partner network that scales with our growth.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive carrier partnerships strategy that aligns with the company's vision and growth goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify partnership opportunities that enhance our delivery capabilities.
• Identify and initiate discussions with potential carrier partners, building strong relationships and negotiating mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to incorporate carrier partnership features into the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of partnership programs, from initial ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics for carrier partnerships, regularly evaluating the success of initiatives and making data-driven improvements.
• Work closely with operations, legal, business development, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership programs.
• Effectively communicate partnership strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering their growth and development in the carrier partnerships domain.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Deep product management experience, focusing on partnerships and ecosystem development in the logistics, transportation, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of carrier and logistics operations and trends in the delivery space.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform partnership strategies and decisions.
• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, including product managers.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation in the delivery industry.
