You will be responsible for developing scalable solutions that enable comprehensive data ingestion and transformation processes, unlocking the full potential of unstructured data to deliver meaningful insights and support intelligent automation via AI agents. Your work will be essential in driving smart automation, extracting hidden insights from content, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. </span></p><p></p><p><span>If you’re passionate about driving data-driven innovation and making a meaningful impact by empowering companies to unlock and harness their enterprise knowledge through AI, we’d love to hear from you.<span><span> </span></span><span> </span></span></p><p></p><p><b>Required Skills / Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>6+ years of experience in backend development.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of scalable software design and architecture principles.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with multi-service production systems and managing backend infrastructure.</span></p></li><li><p><span>In-depth understanding of the internals and ecosystem of at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Java).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable with troubleshooting complex systems and debugging issues in production environments, with strong problem-solving skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog to ensure system reliability and performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of accountability.</span></p></li><li><p>Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
