We own our impact, live our values, and focus intentionally on creating a culture that supports every student, family, and team member to achieve excellence. </p> <p>As we continue to build our flagship K-12 campus in the Bronx, and lay the foundation for growth, we are searching for extraordinary colleagues to join our team. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>As a Dean of Students at Bold, you will drive a culture of achievement that actualizes Bold’s vision for a world-class K-12 public education—preparing every student to succeed at the highest levels in college and beyond. To help us achieve our vision, we are searching for a candidate with 3+ years of aligned experience in a high-performing K-12 setting. Ideal candidates will have a solutions-oriented mindset and a foundational belief that every child can succeed when we create a culture that holds everyone—team, students, and families— to high expectations.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Developing a deep understanding of Bold’s culture, values, and model</li> <li>Implementing a vision for student and school culture that is guided by Bold’s values</li> <li>Investing all stakeholders in Bold’s learning readiness and school culture initiatives, and the overall academic success of every student</li> <li>Developing strong relationships with families and students, including regular communication that drives high levels of engagement in school culture and academics</li> <li>Supporting a culture of excellence across the school, collaborating with school leadership and team members on all aspects of school management</li> <li>Modeling Bold’s core values and building a positive student and team culture across the school</li> <li>Training with colleagues and school leaders, which includes regularly implementing feedback with grace and urgency in service of student achievem
