1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor, Monday - Friday 7am-4pm

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in leading day-to-day maintenance activities and ensuring that our facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational. You’ll manage schedules, guide a team of skilled technicians, and keep key systems—from HVAC to dock doors—running at peak performance.

●       You’ll also help track performance metrics, support continuous improvement, and serve as the go-to problem-solver for facility-related issues.

●       Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000

●       Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4pm

What You’ll Do:

Operations Management

●       Maintain a clean, safe, customer-focused facility through proactive maintenance planning and execution.

●       Assist in developing a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence within the maintenance team.

●       Monitor and recommend improvements for building systems and equipment to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Project & System Oversight

●       Support racking system projects, including installation coordination, vendor management, and quality checks.

●       Help manage system data, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure timelines and standards are met.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

●       Supervise and support a team of maintenance technicians—ensuring clear expectations and productive workflow.

●       Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and facility partners.

●       Manage and perform preventative maintenance on building electrical, HVAC, dock equipment, fire safety systems, and more.

●       Additional responsibilities as assigned—because flexibility is key in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For:

●       Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

●       3–5 years in facility maintenance, with supervisory or team leadership experience

●       Solid understanding of building systems: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.

●       Strong organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

●       Safety-first mindset and attention to detail

●       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

●       Experience with AS400 and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus

●       Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic work environment

●       Comfortable giving and following oral/written instructions
