Essential Job Functions:
- Execute business process transactions, focusing on accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and managers.
- Participate in process improvement projects and data analysis.
- Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Support senior analysts in analyzing data trends and reporting.
- Assist in updating and maintaining process documentation.
- Work with the team to meet performance targets and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have 2 – 4 years of experience working with Life Insurance Agents and General Agencies
- Six or more years of telephone customer service experience
- Proven experience working with Fixed Life and Annuity Licensing and Commission transactions
- Must have experience working in Performance Plus and Cyberlife
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Strong business and analytical problem solving skills
