Our core device (FDA Class 2 cleared) uses machine-learning trained on cell classification to allow chronic patients to monitor their white blood count at home. Our core software product is a platform to help doctors monitor vitals, trends, etc. of such patients, so that physicians and patients can stay aligned without direct interaction.

We also have a fast growing SaaS Revenue Cycle Management business that provides revenue intelligence for hundreds of healthcare businesses, from small clinics to large health systems. Our state-of-the-art dashboard Athelas Insights provides unparalleled understanding into the financial health of your practice to help you with all aspects of RCM including denials, working A/R, research, and more.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Manager at Athelas, you will play a pivotal role in our Implementation team by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our fast-growing client base.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of client onboarding, from project initiation to launch.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including our Launcher, Product, and Engineering teams, to provide an exceptional experience for every customer.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency.

Key Qualifications

• Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
• Ability to oversee the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of our key metrics.
• Commitment to delivering customer value by thoroughly understanding clients' use cases and aligning them with Athelas' best practices.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address clients' needs and support company objectives.
• Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental improvement for the Implementation team through each new onboarding experience.

• 3+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, or in operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company
• Expertise in project management: You have experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in being on top of things
