Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage (F&B) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets in a high-volume, seasonal environment. This role provides hands-on leadership, supports team development, and ensures operational excellence to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, inventory management, food safety compliance, and maintaining high service standards.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: Starting at $25.00/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: No
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, providing hands-on supervision and direction to food service team members.
- Oversee daily operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Ensure completion of all closing duties and daily operational checklists.
- Utilize company platforms for ordering, planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of quality control for all food and beverage offerings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of catering and special events.
- Uphold a safe and compliant work environment, enforcing Food Safety and Serving It Right standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support outlet success.

The expected pay range is Starting at $25.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
