About the Endpoint Tech Lead Position

Stairwell is on the lookout for an Endpoint Tech Lead with a solid foundation in endpoint agent technology and a focus on building and leading technical teams. We seek proactive individuals who are adept in creating and guiding the development of complex systems. Endpoint Tech Lead Responsibilities

• Be a player/coach to the Stairwell endpoint team, which builds endpoint agents for Mac, Windows, and Linux.
• Head & collaborate with a team of software engineers to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software across a variety of platforms.
• Manage multiple projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your team.
• Mentor and train other team members on design techniques, and coding standards.
• Set and execute against a consistent technical vision for quality, performance and feature set across all supported platforms and agents.

Endpoint Tech Lead Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong background in software development in one or more of C#, C++, swift, or golang
• Experience leading multi-person engineering projects.
• Close familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology and release processes.
• Curiosity in understanding the security space and how cutting edge technologies can shape it.
• Working experience with several from the following: developing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and upgrading client side software; writing windows, mac or linux drivers; working with auditd and eBPF.

Additional Information: Minimum Salary of $200,000-230,000+ equity + benefits.
