Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Global Mobility Specialist who will adopt a strategic approach to managing the Global Mobility process at ServiceNow. This person will collaborate with the recruiting team, HR business partners, payroll, finance, hiring managers and employees to provide context, consultation, and guidance around the complexity of Global Mobility practices and issues. The position will be a member of the Global Mobility team within the Total Rewards Organization and will play a significant role in supporting the Mobility process for inbound moves to and within the Americas region.

This position reports to: Director, Global Mobility, and Immigration

What you get to do in this role:

  • Partner with Global Mobility team to design and facilitate Service Now’s US and International relocation program to provide an amazing end to end employee experience and service delivery
  • Initiate, manage, monitor and coordinate the end-to-end process and day-to-day operations and activities in partnership with the Relocation, Immigration and Tax vendors to ensure compliance, cost effectiveness and optimal service levels to ServiceNow global mobile employee population
  • Provide stellar consultative support to the employee and candidate, talent acquisition team, hiring managers and HR business partners prior to and during cross border transfers, including cost analysis, vendor initiation and coordination
  • Ensure new hire and internal transferees are well informed about the relocation touch points and an understanding of the stages of their move to include strategy, vendor role and case progression
  • Demonstrate your leadership & communication skills in facilitating meetings with multiple internal and external partners/stakeholders and writing clearly and contextually with appropriate content
  • Advise the transferee and stakeholders on policy and process changes as appropriate. 
  • Utilize your project management expertise to plan, initiate, execute and monitor all mobility vendor related projects.
  • Support and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Global Mobility program by building strong relationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop, govern and maintain Global Mobility programs and processes  
  • Review vendor invoices and manage purchase order budget
  • Generate routine mobility and data analysis reports for audits as well as compliance requirements
  • Support day to day operations which includes high volume of emails, case initiations and management, and processing of various mobility transactions

Qualifications

What you need to be successful: 

  • You have 5+ years of Global Mobility experience to include relocation, U.S. immigration and tax subject matter expertise with specific knowledge in the Americas region   
  • You have a thorough understanding of  US and International transfers and assignments
  • You’re a self-starter, creative thinker with analytical skills and have the ability to recommend solutions to complex issues
  • You have a very high level of attention to detail on all transactions processed
