Meet the team 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧

You'll join our Classic and Puzzle Team located in Barcelona.

Our team is structured with an amazing Team Lead, five talented Unity Game Developers, a dedicated Product Manager, and four Publishing specialists with proficiency in UA, Creatives, and ASO. Your role will be pivotal as the main QA expert of the team, ensuring the quality assurance of our games right from their inception.

This role is based in Barcelona to work on a hybrid methodology with weekly onsite attendance at our Barcelona office.

Role and Missions - What you will do 🚀

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our Classic & Puzzle team, serving as the primary QA Engineer with full ownership, responsibility, and leadership over all QA efforts for our mobile games. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring efficient feature testing, integration, and overall enhancement of our product's quality.

Under the responsibility of the Team Lead, your missions will be the following:

• QA Ownership: Take complete ownership of the end-to-end QA processes for the Classic & Puzzle games.

• Bug Identification: Identify bugs and technical issues within our mobile games, conducting research.
• Process Improvement: Establish and continually enhance all QA processes for games, aiming for efficiency.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and reports for clarity and accountability.
• Testing Schedule Management: Manage testing schedules effectively for timely coverage of releases.
• Quality Enhancement: Diagnose and improve game quality and performance, providing valuable insights.
• User Feedback Monitoring: Monitor user ratings and reviews on app stores to enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements

• QA Experience on Mobile Games: Demonstrated experience with full autonomy in owning QA processes from concept to launch and live ops, particularly within the mobile gaming sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of In-App Purchases (IAP), Game Analytics (GA), and Monetization strategies in the context of mobile games.
• Tools Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing test case and bug management tools such as TestRail, Xray, Xcode toolkit, Android Studio, Jira, Asana, etc.
• Test Automation: Experience with test automation techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• ISTQB Certification: ISTQB Certification is a plus, indicating a solid foundation in software testing methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent fluency in English, both written and verbal, with effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey complex technical concepts.
