Who You Are:


We are seeking CNAs and Caregivers with a strong commitment to customer service and a genuine passion for geriatric care. They excel at building and maintaining positive relationships with both clients and staff, while providing motivation and support. CNA/Caregivers are skilled in assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, light laundry, bed linen changes, and offering companionship. They are also dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for the client. CNAs and Caregivers meticulously follow the duties outlined in each client’s care plan.


Availability Needed: 4, 5 & 6 Hour shifts, ranging 8AM - 5PM, 7 Days a week in the West St Louis County areas

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, personal, reliable vehicle with full coverage auto insurance.
  • Must have at least six months to one year or more paid work experience with professional health care companies, caring for the geriatric population highly preferred.
  • Must posses skills necessary to provide the care appropriate to the age and diagnosis of the clients.
  • Ability to use gait belt and transferring experience preferred or willingness to learn.
  • Must maintain required yearly training/education as mandated by agency
  • Must have moderate computer and cell phone skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to participate in physical activity.
  • Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.
  • Moderate lifting.
  • Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
