Accounts Payable completes payments by processing, verifying, and reviewing requests, invoices, statements, purchase orders, etc. for the whole organization.
Primary Responsibilities
Review and approve supplier invoices and statements.
Track payments, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Work with other departments on campus to ensure proper accounts are being used.
Reconcile monthly payments and accounts.
Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
Aides in the application of principles of accounting and, with experience, may
