Job Summary

Accounts Payable completes payments by processing, verifying, and reviewing requests, invoices, statements, purchase orders, etc. for the whole organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Review and approve supplier invoices and statements.

  • Track payments, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

  • Work with other departments on campus to ensure proper accounts are being used. 

  • Reconcile monthly payments and accounts.

  • Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.

  • Aides in the application of principles of accounting and, with experience, may

  • Review and approve supplier invoices and statements.

  • Track payments, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

  • Assist departments with creating supplier invoice request.

  • Reconcile Accounts Payables accounts.

  • Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports. 

Education

Accounting majors preferred
