You may also Apply by using LinkedIn and populate details to your application from your LinkedIn profile.</p><p></p><p></p><p>We are looking for Junior Software Engineer, DevOps-Tietoevry Create (min. 1 year of experience) who will be involved in a team with expertise in the areas of Continuous Integration/Continous Delivery and maintenance of production build environment.<br/>The team works both on cloud and embedded solutions and is mainly responsible for securing and integrating the release branches of developed software. Continuous deliveries, continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing are part of the daily work in the team.<br/>Requirements depends on project and your skills. <br/>Baseband Infrastructure, where you will be responsible for design of production infrastructure in next generation 5G telecommunication technologies.</p><p></p><p>Junior Software Engineer, DevOps-Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)</p><p></p><p>Location: Wrocław, Szczecin or nearest areas</p><p><br/>We expect you to have:</p><p></p><p>Some: </p><ul><li>practical knowledge and experience with SCM systems like GIT/SVN</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Artifactory, Gerrit)</li><li>Experience with Bash and Python scripting</li><li>Experience in investigation and debugging of faults</li><li>Practical experience and knowledge in working with Linux OS</li><li>Knowledge of agile process and practices</li><li>Very good communication in English</li><li>Experience with Object-Oriented Programming in Python</li><li>Good knowledge in GIT and Gerrit</li></ul><p></p><p>Tasks to do:</p><ul><li>Integration of features into working pieces of software to be delivered to a higher level</li><li>Keeping the metadata of maintenance/release branches</li><li>Opening and configuring new branches</li><li>Monitoring radiator pages and acting if tests are failed</li><li>Updating development tools within the CI machinery</li><li>Investigating failed cases in CI machinery</li><li>HW validation and reporting configuration mismatches</li><li>Creating Verification Reports</li><li>Maintenance radiator pages</li><li>Handling and securing Jira tickets</li></ul><p>OR:</p><ul><li>ARM/x86_64 build and delivery for digital and radio units</li><li>Maintain basic toolchain backend for CI infrastructure</li><li>Maintenance of lab scripts</li><li>Maintenance of git-lfs backend</li><li>Maintenance of GNU Yocto cache and other GNU Yocto specific activities</li><li>Good to have:</li><li>Knowledge in TCP/IP and communication infrastructure + remote protocols (e.g ssh, telnet, vnc, rdp)</li><li>Interest and understanding of container technologies</li><li>Experience in Jenkins, Jenkins DSL, Pipelines</li><li>Experience with building the software on linux platform using GNU toolchain</li><li>Experience with GNU Yocto</li><li>Knowledge about RDBMS</li><li>Knowledge about message brokers e.g. RabbitMQ</li><li>Knowledge about cloud technologies and experience</li><li>High communication skills, stress resistance, quick response, assertiveness, good cooperation in international teams</li></ul><p></p><p>We offer you:</p><p></p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Participation in interesting international projects</li><li>Career development possibilities </li><li>Private medical coverage </li><li>Group life insurance </li><li>Investment fund </li><li>Holiday allowance</li><li>&amp; other benefits</li></ul><p></p>
