Position Title: Parking Rover

Department: Parking & Transportation

Classification: Seasonal Full Time

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

 

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Ensures the orderly parking of incoming vehicles in addition to monitoring “60 Minute” and “No Parking Zones”. Enforces Teton Village parking Regulations.

 

Job Duties:

• Excellent guest service is required.
• Give breaks to parking attendants.
• Safe and orderly parking of incoming traffic.
• Monitoring and enforcing all Teton Village parking rules and regulations.
• Daily trash pickup from parking and along village boundary.
• Keeps all signs straight and visible.
• Barricade removal and deployment.
• Assists troubled motorists when possible.
• Snow and ice removal as assigned.
• Sand icy areas when loader is unavailable.
• Performs any project or other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Foreman.

• Minimum 18 years of age.

• Positive attitude - this job is guest service oriented due to the fact the Parking Rover is in the public spotlight.
• Must have outstanding communication skills.
• Must have previous Parking experience with JHMR
• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs
