Inventory Validation Support (PRN)

The Inventory Validation Support Lead is a PRN role providing support and oversight to the new and existing customer inventory validation processes.  Duties include participating in work within inventory projects at new or existing customer sites.

Responsibilities          

• Attend new site or existing customer site validation trips. 

• Follow TRIMEDX process for matching and tagging medical equipment during inventory projects.

• Assist with new site inventory validation trips at customer sites.

• Assist with the oversight of TRIMEDX process for matching & tagging medical equipment at new customer sites.

• Apply knowledge and experience of regulatory compliance activities to supervise team and provide direction to

Others.

• All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment. 

• Experience with regulatory compliance and/or risk management programs preferred.

• Intermediate experience in healthcare business processes and Clinical Engineering (CE) operations, 1 year

strongly preferred.

Education and Qualifications

Associate’s degree in technical/electronics degree is required, or equivalent experience.
