We are looking for a talented developer and team player, capable of designing and implementing new services, maintaining existing components, and testing our applications.</p><p>We are looking for someone with a strong track record in a role in technology teams at product-led growth companies, with special focus on online charging. You will be part of a dynamic team driving the Mediation, Charging and Billing solution delivery and the full life-cycle of our product lines.</p><p>The team is based in Lisbon.</p><p><u><strong><br/>Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul> <li>Create and maintain charging products, offers and rate plans</li> <li>Engineer new charging system solutions and maintain existing ones</li> <li>Perform end-to-end project planning and delivery</li> <li>Creation and maintenance of technical documentation</li> <li>Deploy solutions in lab and production environments</li> <li>Create the appropriate visibility of the relevant service KPI's</li> <li>Quality control and assurance of offers and rate plans</li> <li>Anticipate capacity and performance issues</li> <li>Collaborate closely with other teams as well as with external partners</li> <li>Contribute towards continuous improvement of the teams’ engineering standards and working methodologies</li> <li>Lead end-to-end project deliveries on the Charging area</li> <li>Manage scope, timeline, and quality of the technical streams.</li> <li>Drive requirements gathering, use case definition, and ensure technical feasibility of the solution.</li> <li>Coordinate with solution architects, network core experts, OSS/BSS teams, integrators and vendors.</li> <li>Oversee impact analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of charging/rating logic and integration with network elements (PCRF, DRA, OCS, etc.).</li> <li>Ensure compatibility and seamless migration between versions.</li> <li>Drive current system and network enhancements/optimizations/decommissions.</li> <li>Manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies across system interfaces (e.g., IN, OCS, mediation).</li> <li>Own and deliver area reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders.</li> <li>Ensure alignment with best practices, change management, security and release control policies.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Must Have</strong></p><ul> <li>Extensive engineering experience with Charging services and systems, from commercial and open-source solutions </li> <li>Hands on operational and delivery experience with maintenance and implementation of solutions in live and lab environments </li> <li>Expertise in mobile services charging (offline, online), using Diameter (Ro, Gy, Gx, Sy). Experience onone or more of these protocols is a plus: CAPv2, CAPv3, SIP, RADIUS, LDAP, and/or Web Service protocols </li> <li>Expertise in Online Charging Systems and it's integration with Provisioning and Billing systems </li> <li>Expertise in service design related with voice, messaging and data services (including policy and charging control) </li> <li>Expertise in IMS architecture, especially with VoWiFi and VoLTE use cases </li> <li>Previously integrated mobile services and solutions with offline and online charging systems </li> <li>Experience in dedicated service s
