About the role

The Training Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the full training lifecycle by partnering closely with the Senior Training Manager to plan, coordinate, monitor, and continuously improve training operations. The Training Coordinator helps drive operational readiness by managing onboarding logistics, tracking trainee progression, supporting 31.25compliance requirements, and proactively communicating risks, delays, or gaps that may impact training success. 

💰 Hourly Salary Range: $28.85 – $31.25 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
📍 Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)

✈️ Up to 10% annual travel (for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements.)

  • Create, manage, and maintain training schedules, records, trackers, dashboards, and reporting to support daily training operations 
  • Maintain accurate, current, and up-to-date training documentation, records, and reporting to ensure visibility across trainee progress, compliance requirements, and operational readiness 
  • Partner with trainers to coordinate new hire onboarding, required training sessions, and trainee progression throughout the full training lifecycle 
  • Facilitate and coordinate new hire onboarding, including delivering basic training on training policies, systems access, and standard set-up, while ensuring completion and readiness through tracking. 
  • Track training completion and ensure all sessions, documentation, and required records are completed accurately and on time 
  • Prepare, maintain, and communicate weekly and monthly reporting summaries, including training status, progress, performance trends, and completion results 
  • Proactively communicate delays, gaps, risks, or operational issues impacting training schedules, reporting, or trainee progression, ensuring leadership has clear visibility and timely resolution 
  • Conduct and report post training surveys regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses.
  • Manage and maintain training documentation and shared resources across Excel-based trackers, reporting tools, dashboards, and SharePoint sites 
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback from leadership, trainers, trainees, and cross-functional partners regarding training effectiveness and opportunities for enhancement 
  • Support additional training operations needs and special projects as assigned 
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a Coordinator, Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar operational support role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, filters, sorting, pivot tables, reporting organization, and managing high-volume data
  • Experience working within SharePoint, including maintaining files, organizing resources, and supporting team accessibility to shared documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy 
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality 
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills with a high level of comfort managing structured data and repetitive processes 
  • Ability to identify gaps, escalate concerns proactively, and support operational follow-through 
  • Strong computer proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, and make decisions across a variety of day-to-day situations 
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up habits and ownership of assigned responsibilities
