The Impact: This role focuses on North America, providing tailored support and engagement strategies for Supplier clients, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth alongside the North American Sales Team. Additionally, the specialist will facilitate global internal communication between the product team and the global sales team, ensuring seamless information flow and heightened awareness of products developed across Plan & Build.

Responsibilities:

Renewal Management Activities:

  • Manage the renewal process for Supplier clients with the North American sales team, ensuring timely actions to prevent cancellations or delays.
  • Develop strategies to maximize renewal rates and minimize churn within the Supplier segment.
  • Collaborate with the North American sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during the renewal process.

Targeting Activities:

  • Conduct analysis and create processes to identify potential niches and segments for new client acquisition in the supplier landscape.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop targeted commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns aimed at engaging potential supplier clients.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize high-potential leads and opportunities.

Support for Commercial and Product Teams:

  • Assist the commercial team in conducting customer demos and providing technical support for Supplier clients.
  • Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to influence product development initiatives and ensure offerings meet expectations.

Internal Communication Facilitation:

  • Enhance awareness among the global sales team regarding products across Plan & Build.
  • Ensure flawless communication between product and global sales teams for alignment and effective product positioning.

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to develop global training programs for the sales team in Plan & Build, focusing on understanding the target audience.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial operations, sales support, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collab
