The Lead Product Marketing – Home Internet & Converged role will lead strategy, planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention and growth of AT&T’s Home Internet portfolio spanning Fiber and Fixed Wireless. The role will identify new growth opportunities, develop integrated marketing strategies, and collaborate across the organization to bring innovative offerings and experiences to market that strengthen AT&T's customer value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer needs, focusing on AT&T’s Home Internet portfolio (Fiber and Fixed wireless).
Lead cross-functional efforts to bring customer-centric initiatives to market, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.
Develop integrated marketing plans and go-to-market strategies that maximize customer engagement and business impact.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and performance results to identify growth opportunities and optimization recommendations.
Create compelling positioning, messaging, and customer narratives that communicate the value of partnerships and customer benefits.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive program success.
Use data-driven analysis to provide insights that guide product development and marketing strategies. Analyze, interpret, and communicate business performance, customer insights, and marketing results.
Develop executive-ready recommendations and present strategic opportunities to leadership.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Establish success metrics, measurement frameworks, and reporting to evaluate the impact of initiatives, translating performance insights into actionable recommendations and optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
Marketing, customer engagement & acquisition, or business development experience preferred.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for growth and customer value creation.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
Highly motivated self-starter with a bias for action.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience building new programs, processes, or initiatives from the ground up.
