Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Supply Chain Corporate Compliance Team is currently seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst with Procurement Agent knowledge and experiences to support the Enterprise Procedures and Training Teams to improve the learner experience in the execution of our Supply Chain (SC) sourcing processes and procedures.

Candidates should have experience with coaching/educating others to effectively execute supply chain processes with first time quality, possess strong project management skills, integrate well in a team environment and ability to contribute to training strategies to modernize and improve training and delivery methods, and demonstration in building strong business partnerships with multiple organizations and support customers to deliver value. This position can be located in Berkeley, MO; Dallas, TX; El Segundo, CA; Huntsville, AL; Kent, WA; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; or Ridley Park, PA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects associated with supply chain sourcing compliance training

  • Assess training or instructional needs

  • Create training plans and project plans and stay updated on training trends.

  • Content development and maintenance, write scripts and instructor/facilitator guides

  • Implement various training delivery methods to enhance supply chain sourcing employees’ skills and performance to procedures

  • Excellent oral communication skills and assist in problem resolution

  • Perform as a training instructor when requested

  • Monitor training program effectiveness

  • Apply lean and quality principles in the execution of their work

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in a procurement related role

  • 3+ years of experience leading and/or managing complex projects

  • Experience developing and delivering training materials

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • High degree of ingenuity and creativity to drive solutions to unique challenges

  • Experience in managing collaborative, cross-organizational initiatives and execution strategies

  • Experience presenting and providing succinct messaging to stakeholders

  • Experience developing or guiding procurement training

  • Experience anticipating future needs and prioritizing workload

  • Experience working with an international team

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
