We are looking for a Sr. Associate for the Account Setup (ASU) team. The ASU team/platform is responsible for fulfilling ~100K credit card applications per day! ASU rolls up to the Decision Fulfillment tower, which rolls up to the larger US Card Acquisitions/Decisioning as a Service (DaaS) org. You’ll own one of the most critical services in the entire Card org - we fulfill applications from all brand/product offerings (think Upmarket, Mainstreet, etc.), channels, partners, and countries. You’ll get to work on high impact, high visibility projects, and interface with dozens of teams/functions all day everyday.

General Responsibilities:
As a product leader, you will:

  • Relentlessly push to understand customer needs and ensures customer is considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions

  • Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, story writing, prioritizing, project execution, A/B testing, and product roll-out strategy

  • Collaborate with internal partners. You will be exceptional at developing and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.  You apply strong communication skills to influence product decisions and inspire breakthrough results.

  • Test and iterate in small-scale pilots to validate concepts, refine them to achieve product-market fit, and then scale to drive vertical and horizontal economics

  • Define learning agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure

  • Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making

  • Leads a team through rigorous process of test and learn with focus on identifying and developing a minimum viable product (MVP)

  • Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycle

  • Manage public releases and customer support materials, ensure compliance with platform requirements, and shepherd your apps through app store processes

  • Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader, career guide and mentor to teams

  • Establish or participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps

We want you if you are:

  • Intellectually Curious. You ask why, you explore, you're not afraid to blurt out your crazy idea or follow an email chain for weeks to find someone with an answer. Comfortable with ambiguity, a hunger to learn and a seeker of new challenges

  • Communicator & Influencer. You can communicate complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience. Our team knows their priorities and why they’re doing what they’re doing. You always can rally associates to work with you

  • Do-er. You’re biased toward action, you try things and sometimes you fail. You can get around roadblocks and stay focused on your goals. You’re well organized, able to multitask and able to prioritize your work

  • Passionate & Customer Focus. You care about growing others and bringing them together around what’s possible. You get a thrill from the journey of building and shipping products, and you have a desire and ability to connect with our external or internal customers to fully understand their needs

  • Learner. You have an appetite to learn new things or new technologies all while exhibiting humbleness when the time comes to ask for help

  • Team Player. You enjoy working with diverse people and driving the team toward a common goal. You have the ability to put the team before yourself and establish long-lasting relationships

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience

  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
