Warehouse Associate (Parcel /Key Hardware 10am - 6:30pm)

We are hiring Warehouse Associates to join our team for Monday - Friday: 10AM - 6:30pm start time, with overtime required as needed. This associate will be responsible for picking and packing outbound parcel packages and process key hardware orders including assigning lock codes and re-keying mechanisms prior to shipment.

Starting Pay $21.00

Responsibilities

Process packages for shipping including boxing, labeling, transporting and loading product and materials

Provide key hardware services such as rekeying locks.
Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners
Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet
Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
3-5 years’ warehouse experience preferred
Experience with forklift equipment preferred but not required (including but not limited to stand-up order picker, reach truck, electric pallet jack, dock stocker, sit-down counterbalanced forklift)

Experience with keying locks not required
Drive to excel in fast-paced environment
Responsible for accurately and safely completing general warehouse tasks 
General computer and math skills
Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

$15.00 - $22.69

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
