Responsibilities

As an Operations Assistant, your primary role will be to support our Operations & Sales Management teams. Responsibilities include:

• Assigning technicians to work orders
• Reviewing hours worked before submission to payroll
• Scheduling work with clients
• Maintaining key access for client sites
• Running reports for labor and variance projects
• Maintaining the office, including answering employee questions

• Strong team management experience
• Strong business acumen and basic accounting skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication
• Ability to adjust quickly to new processes and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to interface effectively at all levels internally and with clients

Requirements

• 3+ years’ recent experience in an administrative operations role in a similar environment
• Prior experience working with enterprise and accounting management software (i.e., Salesforce)
• Recent experience managing complex workforce scheduling in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, heavy data manipulation in Excel
• Strong organizational & time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and strong business acumen
• Exhibit self-motivation, be self-directed, and steadfastness
• No travel required
