This role is integral to ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance in all our facilities, requiring a proactive approach to facility management, planning, and continuous improvement.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Oversee daily operations and maintenance , ensuring standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.</li> <li>Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.</li> <li>Create and implement preventive maintenance programs for optimal building performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and alignment with organizational goals.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.</li> <li>Lead and mentor a team, focusing on professional development and efficient work practices</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.</li> <li>Proven track record managing multi-unit facilities for a company with a gross revenue exceeding $1 million.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and compliance regulations.</li> <li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a large team effectively.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Benefits</h2>
