Role Overview

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking an experienced OB Lead CRNA to join our team in Louisville, KY. This is an exciting opportunity for a CRNA who enjoys a strong clinical environment, leadership responsibilities, and being part of a collaborative anesthesia team.

 

As the OB Lead CRNA, you’ll play an important role in supporting the clinical team and helping ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality anesthesia care. This position is ideal for a CRNA who is looking to take the next step in their career while remaining actively involved in clinical practice.

Position Highlights

  • 7 × 24-hour shifts per month
  • $227,000 base salary
  • $10,000 OB stipend
  • $10,000 Lead stipend
  • $13,000 acuity stipend
  • $6,000 quality incentive
  • 3 weeks of emergency PTO
  • Total compensation opportunity of $266,000+
