Job Description

This position involves telecommuting. The position is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, but employee will be permitted to work from home at various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the United States. Oversee software development micro services and domain driven design, to guide team members to design and implement solutions. Manage Information Technology (“IT”) Projects to create functional strategies and specific objectives and subsequently ensure policies and procedures support the functional provisioning infrastructure. Design and review the code for optimal performance, scalability, and stability, and be able to qualify code with proper test procedures. Influence, negotiate and build consensus to align with peer engineering, product, business teams, and vendor partners on IT project solution development and implementation. Develop protocols used to solve complete network routing and reliability testing functions, including data modeling and performance analysis to dive end-to-end system enhancements. Work directly with senior management to analyze long-term business goals and advise on how the organization will be able to achieve these goals through leveraging technology. Position is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, but employee will be permitted to work from home at various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the United States. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, plus two (2) years’ post-baccalaureate experience as Principal Systems Engineer or related role. Experience must include Unix, C/C++, Java, J2EE, AWS Public Cloud, Python, Springboot microservices, RedHat Process Automation (RHPAM), Bonitasoft Workflow Manager, and PostgresDB. Position is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, but employee will be permitted to work from home at various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the United States.
