Job Description

Summary:

The Junior IT Asset Manager is responsible for providing support to the IT Asset Management team in all aspects of IT asset management, including asset inventory, asset tracking, asset depreciation, and asset disposal. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in IT asset management and must already possess a Secret clearance to be considered for this position..

Responsibilities:

• Perform asset inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and consumables.
• Track the location and status of all IT assets.
• Depreciate IT assets in accordance with company policy.
• Dispose of IT assets in accordance with company policy.
• Assist with the development and implementation of IT asset management policies and procedures.
• Provide support to other IT teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT asset management.
• Secret clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
