As a Infrastructure Engineering Mgr Sr (ServiceNow) within PNC's Enterprise Technology & Security organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ.

ServiceNow team is focused on modernizing and automating IT processes and practices by aligning with industry standards for enhanced regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and effectiveness. The ServiceNow team supports the enterprise by enabling capabilities across various domains to manage assets, processes, workflows and operations.

Responsibilities:
Drive the implementation of new functionality and enhancements by understanding end user needs, developing business and functional requirements, designs and development of capabilities used by technology and business teams
• This role involves leading teams who drive delivery of new capabilities and features related to the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborates with various product owners, process owners and ITSM platform architecture to ensure capabilities support the intended business value and meets the governance and best practices of the platform
• Lead delivery execution across all process areas to ensure product configuration is optimized, business processes are efficient and IT delivery is well managed

Qualifications:
1. Experience leading technology platforms, applications and managing technology portfolios
2. Ability to represent and promote complex technical concepts
3. Experience driving technology change across an enterprise organization
4. Ability to build relationships and influence without authority at all levels of the organization
5. ServiceNow/ITSM experience preferred

Job Description

  • Manages the research, strategic development, and implementation of platform architecture. Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain technology solutions.
  • Contributes to strategy development for platform engineering that aligns with business strategies, processes and needs.
  • Implements best practices, standards, engineering approaches and complex technical resolutions for processes.
  • Oversees quality improvement efforts; ensures that deliverables are secure, scalable and reliable through estimation and correction.
  • Manages platform engineering and technical resources; uses these to deliver high quality programs to meet business requirements.
