Job Description:

Lexington Country Club is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to expand our maintenance team while providing exceptional and positive experiences for our members. 

Responsibilities:

· Addressing work orders in the system daily

· Preventative maintenance on all common areas

· Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems

· Provide excellent customer service

· Pool cleaning and upkeep

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with these qualifications:

· Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting

· Possess knowledge of safe and efficient operation of all equipment and tools

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Ability to speak, write, and receive direction (written and verbal) in English

· Knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, and filtration a plus

Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends
