SUMMARY

The Product Manager will own the full lifecycle of fluidic connections (tubing, fittings, accessory products)—from early‑stage ideation and customer discovery through development, launch, commercial growth, maturity management, and end‑of‑life planning. This role requires a strategic, commercially minded leader who can translate market and customer needs and technical insights into a clear product.

 

As the central point of accountability for product strategy, roadmap prioritization, pricing, and portfolio optimization, the Product Manager will work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and other partners to ensure product success from concept to retirement. Responsibilities include market and competitive analysis, strong customer advocacy, business case development and ongoing performance evaluation to guide decisions.

 

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidence. Exceptional communication skills and consistent follow‑through are essential, as this role interfaces frequently with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and or abilities required.

Own the full product lifecycle for connections, including roadmap development, requirement definition, prioritization, and execution of key growth and optimization initiatives.

Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Project Management, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance on all New Product Development (NPD) efforts, including early concept exploration, business case creation, value proposition development, pricing strategy, and commercialization planning.

Conduct rigorous Voice‑of‑Customer (VOC) research, market needs analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities, define product requirements, and inform strategic decisions.

Analyze market landscapes and competitive offerings to guide positioning, differentiation, and long‑term product strategy.

Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute go‑to‑market
