The salary range for this role, based in New York is $170,100 to $212,600, range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary:

the Director, National Performance Management is responsible for developing centralized and consistent guidelines for KPI development and tracking. Working across the entire PR USA Sales organization and all Distributor relationships, this position leads creating, tracking, analyzing and measuring nationwide performance initiatives. The role manages sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems and dashboards to improve data-driven decision making and standardized performance management processes. Leading a team of analytically driven commercial strategy planning and performance (CSPP) resources, this role acts as a “center of excellence” that enables consistency of performance and activation measurement processes and outputs across commercial organizations.

This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Commercial Strategy & Transformation. Reporting to the Director, National Performance Management are the Senior Manager, Manager and Senior Analyst. It works very closely with the entire CPPS leadership team, who are also embedded within their specific regions and aligned to Distributor partners.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead KPI creation and tracking across entire PR USA Commercial organization to ensure consistency and standardization across Regions / Areas / Markets.
  • Lead national performance planning and tracking by collaborating with the CPP Directors and their teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Area Leadership, Distributors).
  • Establish standardized communication platforms to deliver KPI performance and tracking throughout the organization and with distributor partners.
  • Provide PR USA Sales with support and education regarding performance KPI’s.
  • Develop, track and analyze PR USA and Distributor KPI / objectives (including bonuses, quotas, incentives, objectives & key results) and help the team evaluate the way PR USA defines the criteria and objectives to help improve the process and design.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Marketing stakeholders to develop tracking the implementation of Perfect Outlet Brand Standards.
  • Lead Activation Measurement COE (CRM Platforms) and ensure consistency of activation measurement processes and outputs across Divisions, Areas, States, and Markets.
  • Own the centralized activation measurement process, including establishing goals, reporting, analyzing and communicating performance of local customer-facing activities.
  • Communicate across Divisions, Areas, States, and Markets to ensure consistent data collection and usage.
  • Create, leverage, and implement tracking and process to enable seamless communication across HQ Marketing, Finance, Go-to Market, Legal, and Field Sales to clearly deliver information and expectations to our Distributor partners.
  • Manage and maintain national sales tools and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making for Sales team, once handed off from Transformation team (remain highly coordinated with Transformation team, more broadly, as new initiatives and systems are handed off to ensure system maintenance).
  • Manage the national KPI bonus tracker; publish status and results to Sales and Distributors to keep teams appropriately informed.
  • Create and maintain trackers for all incentives and provide recommendations on ways to better maximize the way we approach incentives across brands over the year.
