Logistics Rotational Program Associate

Join our dynamic Logistics Operations Rotational Program, a unique 1-year opportunity designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive experience across various business functions. This program consists of four rotations, each lasting between 1-4 months. During each rotation, participants will work closely with dedicated managers, complete a significant project, and present their findings at the end of the rotation.  An example program MAY  look like this: 

 

Rotation 1: Operations (4 months)

•   Location: Contract Logistics Site (Spartanburg, SC)
•   Focus: Gain hands-on experience in overall site operations
•   Project: To be determined by the Manager and Site Operations personnel, delivered at the end of the rotation

Rotation 2: Operational Safety (3 months)

• Location: Charlotte, NC Office
• Focus: Work closely with our Safety team to understand and enhance operational safety protocols
• Project: To be determined by safety team, delivered at the end of the rotation

Rotation 3: Business Process Excellence (4 months)

•   Location: Charlotte, NC Office
•   Focus: Learn and contribute to business process improvements
•   Project: To be determined by BPI team participating on the review and documentation of current process and identifying areas of opportunity for efficiencies, cost savings or safety improvements, delivered at the end of the rotation

Rotation 4: Freight Forwarding Technology (1 month)

•   Location: TBD
•   Focus: Partner with the Freight Forwarding team to work on Cargoes Management technology
•   Project: Collaborate with the FF team around automation opportunities, sales or operations support, project delivered at the end of the rotation

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to different roles and environments
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
  
   

This role will require relocation every few months depending on the assignment, and requires global mobility at the end of the year rotation - as they could have a permanent placement in any country within the Americas region.

This program is for recent college graduates with availability to work in the US.
