We are looking for someone experienced to lead the Nubeqa launch according to the Bayer blueprint, adapt the marketing strategy locally, and carry out marketing activities in the prostate cancer field in Germany. Apply now!</p> <p> </p> <p>YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Nubeqa launch preparation and execution according Bayer launch excellence blueprints; primarily preparation of the brand </li> <li>Drive local adaption of global Nubeqa marketing strategy to market specific needs (based on market and competitive insights) </li> <li>Planning and execution of marketing activities in Germany within the prostate cancer franchise </li> <li>Participation in commercial input for Nubeqa life cycle management (ARASENS) </li> <li>Ensure brand congress presence as part of prostate cancer franchise </li> <li>Leading marketing projects in a matrix structure </li> <li>Nubeqa W&amp;I planning and phasing </li> <li>Cooperation with external agencies: for example ministries, licensing authorities, professional associations of veterinarians, physicians, pharmacists, nurses </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>WHAT YOU BRING</p> <ul> <li>A Medical, natural sciences or business degree required </li> <li>Marketing and sales experience </li> <li>Several years of experience in healthcare Marketing (understanding of therapy, products and indications) </li> <li>The ability to think and act strategically and analytically</li> <li>Ability to understand and think within medical and scientific contexts</li> <li>High resilience and willingness to travel frequently</li> <li>Willingness to work internationally</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Very good command of the German and English language</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>WHAT WE OFFER       <br/> Our benefits package is flexible, appreciative, and tailored to your lifestyle, because: What matters to you, matters to us! <br/>  </p> <ul> <li>We ensure your financial stability through a competitive compensation package, consisting of an attractive base pay, our performance based company bonus and a global, equity-based cash plan with a four-year duration.
