We are searching for an energetic Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Westport residential area of Massachusetts. This Per Diem position offers a rate of $37-$40/visit, in addition to the Benefits shown below. Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Providing occupational therapy treatments to individuals in their homes
- Monitoring patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary under the supervision of a Registered Therapist
- Educating patients and families on how to perform exercises and activities
- Maintaining patient records and document treatments

Requirements
Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.
- Candidates must have MA Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
