As we open our brand-new location in Kenner, LA, we’re seeking a visionary Location Manager who will lead operations and sales, while also building a luxury culture from the ground up. As the Location Manager, you’ll be more than a leader; you’ll be the architect of this location’s success. Your mission:

• Create a 5-Star Luxury Culture – Dedicate time to building a world-class service environment where every detail reflects refinement, excellence, and guest delight.
• Lead & Inspire – Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team that embodies Go Rentals’ luxury standards in every interaction.
• Drive Entrepreneurial Growth – Approach the business like an owner, develop strategies, grow partnerships, and capture market share with creativity and agility.
• Expand Partnerships – Cultivate and strengthen relationships with FBOs, hotel partners, and private clients, serving as the trusted face of Go Rentals.
• Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences – Ensure every guest interaction reflects personalized care, discretion, and excellence worthy of the Go Rentals brand.
• Achieve & Exceed Goals – Lead sales and business development efforts to meet ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
