The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team:

RTX has an opening for an Associate Director, PM S/4 HANA Transformation (Associate Director, Business Systems and Transformation) role.

Work Location: Remote

The OneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems.

RTX has chosen SAP’s S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.   The ERP Business Analyst – Global Trade Services is responsible for the successful delivery within each phase of the program.

This role will work collaboratively with the Corporate Global Trade team, the Business Units, the Digital Technology function, external digital tool vendors, and the oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation Program Office to execute on a program objectives. 

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Global Trade and Digital Technology functional leadership while providing necessary guidance, promoting ethical behavior to meet business expectations 

  • Provide dedicated, ongoing support and design guidance on global laws and regulations pertaining to the export controls and sanctions regulations with regards to Software and Digital Technology tools within scope of the oneRTX:Process&Systems Transformation program – in particular with implementation of SAP S4 HANA, SAP GTS, ARIBA, and other key ERP boundary applications. 

  • Support reviews and provide advice and guidance on the deployment of Digital Technology tools to protect and control access to data controlled under the ITAR, EAR, or other export control regulations 

  • Participate in and influence councils involving Corporate and RTX Business Units 

  • Lead and influence committees of Global Tradeprofessionals from across Corporate and RTX business units operating across a complex regulatory and systems landscape 

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans with control tower tracking to provide status updates on progress (through this, identify risk to plans and elevate for assistance) 

  • Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate across the RTX businesses and Digital Technology function to manage the workstream and help ensure continual alignment 

  • Support efforts to align Global Trade tools and processes across Business Units and Corporate to ensure execution 

  • Consistently communicate across the Global Trade, Digital Technology community and oneRTX:Process&Systems Transformation program (e.g., RTX, businesses, workstreams) to ensure continual alignment and identify and resolve any conflicts with program requirements or schedule 

  • Other responsibilities as necessary to complete oneRTX:Process & Systems-related work 

  • Travel up to 20-25%

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in PM leadership role and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; 10+ years’ experience in related work experience

  • Experience in Program Management in the digital technology space 

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.
