Patient Engagement Intern

Our interns will gain corporate experience and explore a future career in empowering independent, primary care practices. Interns will be engaged with their individual unique projects and be responsible for delivering results, both as an individual and as a member of the team. The Aledade Internship Program is designed to foster relative work experience, camaraderie, networking opportunities, and professional development. 
The Patient Engagement Intern will undertake various research projects and analyses in support of Aledade’s commitment to Quantifying ROI and Optimization through data driven analytics.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting high-impact research, compiling information, and analyzing results for the Patient Engagement Executive Leadership Team.
• Working closely with Patient Engagement Teams and Impact Analytics to determine ROI and opportunities for business optimization.
• Gaining knowledge and insight into existing business lines to identify best practices for cross-collaboration and enhanced efficiency..
• Participating in meetings with the Executive Leadership Team, capturing key insights, action items, and follow-ups.
• Maintaining high-impact project management and communication/collaboration tools to support organization and collaboration across the company.
• Attending meetings with a cohort of other interns to hear from leaders across the organization, participate in professional development programming, and connect with fellow interns.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Health Administration, or related programs.
• An ability to think critically and use data analytics to make recommendations based on thoughtful analysis.
• Passionate about healthcare and dedicated to making a positive impact in the field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and create an inclusive environment with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Capability to drive an independent workstream within the context of broader team projects.
• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
• Proficiency in problem-solving through quantitative thinking and analysis.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
