As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Product Trainer to ensure that our teams across Sales, Operations, Implementations, and Customer Success are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to deliver exceptional experiences.

About the Role:
As the Product Trainer, you will serve as the go-to product expert, responsible for translating complex product features into meaningful, engaging training materials tailored to different internal teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing for branded assets and work in partnership with the Sales Operations Manager to drive sales quota attainment through targeted training. Additionally, you’ll report to the Success Operations Manager, ensuring a consistent and structured training cascade across all departments.

Your role will involve creating and delivering live training (both virtual and in-person), managing self-serve training resources, and continuously improving learning systems to support long-term knowledge retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Expertise & Training Development
Become the subject matter expert on the company’s platform, ensuring all teams deeply understand its functionality and value.
Develop tailored training programs for Sales, Operations, Implementations, and Success teams.
Transform product marketing assets into engaging, team-specific training materials, including presentations, videos, and knowledge base articles.
Training Delivery & Enablement
Lead live virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and ongoing team development.
Partner with the Sales Operations Manager to deliver training that enhances sales efficiency and quota attainment.
Support the Success Operations Manager in rolling out structured training cascades across departments.
Self-Serve Learning Systems & Continuous Improvement
Build and maintain an accessible, scalable system for on-demand product training resources.
Regularly update training materials to reflect product updates and feature enhancements.
Gather feedback from teams to refine and improve training programs for better retention and performance.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in product training, sales enablement, or a related role.
Strong ability to translate technical product features into digestible, audience-appropriate training content.
Experience in developing self-serve training resources, such as knowledge bases, LMS platforms, or video tutorials.
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual training.
Highly organized with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
