Job Description

• Take responsibility for building, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships with client C-Levels Perform a consulting role for our client executives
• Develop revenue at your client by actively seeking new business opportunities
• Contribute to our thought leadership, develop intellectual property, and methods & tools
• Take responsibility for leading and mentoring colleagues in our practice
• Lead and be responsible for agile transformation projects at the team, portfolio, and enterprise level
• Lead and be responsible for Agile Coaching engagements, including Agile-at-Scale methods like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Lead and be responsible for Lean Portfolio Management projects
• Take responsibility for project outcomes and manage the project deployment of individuals and your team with respect to achieving goals in terms of time, quality, and effort

Qualifications

We are looking for agile transformation and delivery professionals with prior consulting, industry, or freelance experience.

• 10+ years of experience in agile delivery and transformation
• Profound expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management
• Proven experience in business development, including pipeline management and creation of client proposals
• Proven experience in advising client executives (C-Suite) and developing new client business opportunities with an annual consulting revenue target of at least 1.5 million euros
• At least one recognized Agile qualification or certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant; SAFe Agilist)
• Experience in building and developing agile competence centers/ Centers of Excellence
• Proven experience in coaching agile organizations at C-Level
• Strong team player with a high willingness to take responsibility
• Strong communication skills in German and English
