Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Host/ess to join our CottoCrudo restaurant team.

About the role:

CottoCrudo Restaurant requires to have a communicative person, who is able to react on guest's wishes immediately and in a quality that exceeds guest’s expectation.

What You will do:

The stylish restaurant and bar CottoCrudo has a unique view on the Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge. CottoCrudo means “cooked and raw” and introduces a new dining and lounge concept where classic service meets the innovative trends.

You will be welcoming guests and taking care of them during their visit in cooperation with a team of servers. You will be responsible for the reservations that are going through the reservation system or via phone. You will be in close contact with our Front Desk, Kitchen and Sales & Marketing team to ensure a memorable experience is created for each guest.

What You will bring:

• Previous experience in the same or similar position in a fine dining restaurant or in the fast paced hotel environment is a plus.
• A hospitality approach and a passion for service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
• Outstanding communications skills. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Czech languages is required. 
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. AM & PM shifts for 8,5 hour, 5 days per week.
• Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Micros.
• Must have EU work authorization.
