We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Job Location: Brown Deer, Wi. (in-home)Pay:• $20.00/hourly Schedule:• Member is authorized 24/7 in home care. We are looking to cover the following shifts: • Monday through Friday: 4pm-11pm• Saturday & Sunday: 11pm-7am 
Tasks:• Care is to be provided in member’s home.• Assist with transfers (Hoyer Lift).• Assist with feedings (G Tube, suctioning).• Assist with bathing and getting dressed.• Assist with toileting, when needed.• Assist with medications, when needed.• Above all, provide safety and companionship.  
Qualifications:• Valid Driver's License -or- reliable transportation to and from shifts.• Prior experience working with feeding tubes and Hoyer lifts required.   • Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment.• Must pass background check.
