Summary: The Senior Accountant Finance Systems will be a core member of the global SAP implementation team, working on system and process design, building global finance and business processes, partnering with the tech team on configuration and development, deployment of the ERP system into the business units and geographies, and training and education.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in global process design sessions to ensure that future state processes meet Acushnet’s business, accounting, reporting, planning, and internal control requirements.
- Partner with the Acushnet business units and geographies to capture their finance system needs in order to build global standardized processes.
- Work alongside the Technology team to architect and configure the system, communicate business and Finance requirements to our tech partners.
- Evaluate and recommend technology tools to automate controlling processes and reporting.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and training.
- Support global Finance teams in go-live readiness, preparation for cutover, and post go-live support.
- Prepare periodic project reporting for Finance leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
- Master's and/or CPA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting and/or private industry.
- Travel up to 30% to our domestic and international headquarters locations.
- Strong enthusiasm for technology, innovation and a fast-paced business environment.
- Enthusiasm and passion for athletics, golf, and the Titleist and FootJoy brands.
