Requirements

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment life cycle, with a specialized focus on the Tech & Product department. Your responsibilities will span from cultivating a rich candidate pipeline to ensuring a high offer acceptance rate, making you a key driver in managing the entire candidate process.

Key Responsibilities:

European-Level Candidate Recruitment:

• Lead recruitment efforts for positions across Europe, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

Hiring Process Customization:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor and design hiring stages based on the unique requirements of each position.

Job Description Crafting:

• Create compelling and detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the expectations and qualifications for each role.

ATS Management:

• Efficiently manage candidate data and communication within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance internal collaboration.

Multi-Channel Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize both online and offline channels to source potential candidates, ensuring a broad and targeted approach.

Professional Communication:

• Maintain prompt and professional communication with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.

HR Practice Application:

• Ensure the application of HR best practices throughout the recruitment process.

Hiring Manager Support:

• Provide comprehensive support to hiring managers, from initial kick-off meetings to the final hiring stage.

Pipeline Building:

• Develop and nurture candidate pipelines to address both current and future talent needs.

Employer Branding and Project Support:

• Collaborate with senior managers to contribute to Employer Branding activities and participate in talent acquisition projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the role
• Passionate, curious, and dedicated to professional growth.
• Demonstrated fluency in English.
• International mindset with the ability to navigate diverse cultural landscapes.
• Courageous and entrepreneurial spirit.

Nice-to-have:

• Proven experience in Tech and Product recruitment.
• Additional European language (French, Spanish, German)
