MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

A high school diploma or its equivalent and seven (7) years of professional or technical experience in consumer complaint program work, business administration, customer or public relations, investigations; or administrative work and/or professional regulation, or a field related to the area of responsibility; or

 

A bachelor's degree (4 years) from an accredited college or university and three (3) years professional experience in consumer complaint program work, business administration, customer or public relations, investigations; or administrative work and/or professional regulation, or a field related to the area of responsibility; or

 

A master's degree (6 years) from an accredited college or university can substitute for one (1) year of the required experience. 

 

Valid Class E Driver License.

Occasional travel required.

 

Required to travel up to 10% of the work period.
