Focus on the whole team’s productivity and strive to increase the impact of the team’s work product.</p> <ul> <li>Develop and propose software solutions following the best practices and patterns.</li> <li>Be an expert on different development and test flows.</li> <li>Engage and ensures the code quality through code review based on the defined code standards.</li> <li>Understand the front and backend ecosystem and deployment process.</li> <li>Monitors and improve platforms dashboards.</li> <li>Assume technical responsibility for new features, lookout for opportunities for platform improvement, and work with software engineers to scale our production systems.</li> <li>Lead the team in defining architecture, technical requirements and solutions and drive projects through to completion.</li> <li>B
