As Executive Director of the ConnectWealth UMA Program, you will provide strategic leadership for one of the industry's most significant transformations, managing a team of professionals while orchestrating change across 100+ systems and 7 Product Areas. This executive position offers an opportunity to shape the future of wealth management technology while driving initiatives that impact thousands of advisors and their clients. You'll set new standards for excellence in technology delivery while building and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Drive program strategy and execution, including change management and innovation.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while managing governance and risk.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with executive leadership and steering committees to align business and technology.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence strategic decisions.
Delivery & Risk Excellence
- Oversee program delivery and ensure quality and compliance across integrated systems.
- Lead risk management, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Executive Experience
- Over 15 years in large scale program management with a focus on enterprise transformations and wealth management.
- Proven leadership in developing senior teams and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
Leadership Competencies
- Strong strategic vision, execution capability, and executive communication skills.
- Excellence in people leadership, mentoring, and managing complex organizational dynamics.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with preferred experience in Python and JIRA.
